Beautiful Types Of Journals and What To Write On Them

If you are on a journey to becoming the best version of yourself and attracting all of your dreams and desires, then journaling is a great step to start. Journaling is also a great strategy to increase mental health as it can serve as a form of meditation. Writing down your thoughts can help boost your mood and even reduce your anxiety as you are slowly releasing your pent-up frustrations or any negativity that has been clouding your thoughts.

Another great benefit of journaling is it helps you to be aligned and conscious with yourself. When you write down your strengths, weaknesses, dreams, and goals, you get to learn more about yourself. You have the ability to control your emotions and actions because you have the consciousness and knowledge to know what is best for you and what is not.

Here is a random fact: there are different types of journals out there. There is a journal solely dedicated to manifesting your dreams. There is a journal for your bucket list. There is a journal to help track your habits. There is a journal for each and every aspect of your life to help you grow and achieve greatness.

I would love to share with you some of the most beautiful types of journals along with some daily journal prompts for self-discovery, mindfulness, creativity, and passion:

These are all beautiful journals, but if I were to choose one, I want the dream life journal. I have so many dreams and aspirations that no matter how I think about it, I know it won’t come true anyway. But writing about it will probably ease my anxiety.
